Cancellation Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the event begins. Payment Terms 1. 50% deposit is required to confirm the room booking. 2. Remaining balance must be fully paid no later than the event start date. 3. Booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. All payments are strictly non-refundable. 2. This includes any form of cancellation, schedule changes, or no-shows. 3. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. 4. If you arrive late or are unable to attend on the booked date, no refund or credit will be provided for the missed day. Other Conditions 1. Any request to change dates is subject to availability and possible refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 2. By paying the deposit, the customer confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions above. Please note that no insurance policy is provided for any injuries or accidents. Participants are responsible for their own coverage in the event of injury or accident.
